Dr Olga Levin-Cancer is an amazing doctor. She is approachable and immediately puts you at ease during consultation. I had a Pap smear done and everything was quick, efficient and painless.

I'm not sure whats going on with the midtown office, but they refused to send me a doctors note for about a week. I had a visit on 7/22 to find found out why i was feeling sick and nauseous. My morning sickness was so bad that I missed work for a week. This office kept twlling me that they would email me a doctors note - but they never did. I called almost daily and practically begged. Dr. Olga's assistant - Tatiana kept assuring me that she would send it, but she never did. Then Dr. Olga left and went on vacation! Tatiana told me that she could no longer provide me with the note because Dr. Olga left. But I asked for the note a week before!!! I ended up having to call the Broadway office for assistance. Thankfully. They provided me with the note in the same day that i requested it. DO NOT visit the midtown office. I was ignored and disregarded. This is the worst experience I've ever had at an OBGYN

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited over an hour. I asked if it was almost my turn and there were still 2 people ahead of me. I left without being seen. This office overbooks and does not respect patients time whatsoever. I also had an astronomical copay and it was even higher because they have a credit card fee. Will not be going back.

Everyone who works there is exceptionally nice and wonderful, but the wait time of over an hour and 5% credit card fee on all transactions is insane — particularly for standard services that only demanded a 10 minute visit once someone finally saw me.

Similar to other reviews I've seen (and should of believed), if you book the first appointment you will arrive to a locked office with no lights on. At some point they need to just be honest with themselves that they can't do 9am appointments. The first worker arrived at 9:15 and the doctor not until 10:00am. And the doctor was trying to move quickly and being dismissive (or not sure he knew how to fully operate the ultrasound machine).

Dr. Olga is an excellent physician who is thorough and easy to talk to. She makes me feel extremely comfortable, I enjoy her careful approach and attitude;I don't think I'll be changing her in any way.
