Extremely hard to communicate with this office

Similar to other reviews I've seen (and should of believed), if you book the first appointment you will arrive to a locked office with no lights on. At some point they need to just be honest with themselves that they can't do 9am appointments. The first worker arrived at 9:15 and the doctor not until 10:00am. And the doctor was trying to move quickly and being dismissive (or not sure he knew how to fully operate the ultrasound machine).

Dr. Olga is an excellent physician who is thorough and easy to talk to. She makes me feel extremely comfortable, I enjoy her careful approach and attitude;I don't think I'll be changing her in any way.

The doctor is so incredibly nice and willing to help me with any questions and concerns. But the wait time at this office is always wayyyyy too long.
